I had no idea... I am so glad I found this film and I wasn't even looking for it!I had no idea about all this until this year, so it came as a complete shock to learn. I have a mortgage and have often wondered how much I've paid over the years. Now I realise I paid this off the minute Is signed all papers...and to make matters worse, I don't and never will own it. We work our socks off, spending much of our time in jobs we don't even like, to pay for a home we have been given permission to live in!?!I really hope that soon, we can reveal this fraud to the wider masses. We've been well and truly done over. Thanks to the two Michael's for bringing this to us.

David and goliath springs to mind I have never experienced so many different types of emotions in such a short space of time while watching this film.Im really shocked at how evident the corruption is within the system with obvious bias being shown to the large corporations with the help of the police and judges.Courage, persistence and tenacity overcame the corruption..... looking at what is going on all around you. I found the whole film gripping if harrowing in parts. I had no idea that the enforcers of this fraud could be so violent but that was a lesson I had to learn to show me the reality of what is happening. Brave and Brilliant.

get rid of that mortgage anchor. I watched this DVD sitting down. It is just as well because the information contained within is incredible. It gave the feeling that there is light at the end of the tunnel. The pressure will soon be off. The DVD shows how the banksters lie and the courts work for the banks. It also shows the disgusting role the police play in aiding and abetting the court thugs who really have no right taking a property which belonged to you all along. Now! all is exposed. This DVD is a must-watch and watch again.

Well worth watching! I don't usually write reviews on Amazon purchases but everybody needs to watch this documentary. Actually my wife was the person who purchased the movie using my account. At the time I wasn't best pleased or convinced by her purchase but we watched it together and I changed my opinion.The injustices of a corrupt financial system are all laid bare in the movie and everybody needs to wake up to the problems that we're all potentially just 2-3 months from experiencing. In this current economic climate suddenly losing your job and not being able to meet your mortgage payments isn't an unrealistic prospect (just ask the 9000 Thomas Cook employees).A great job done by the film makers and I can highly recommend.

Never have the few (bankers) ripped off the many (the public) for so long!...Until now This has to be THE documentary to watch! Its message is one that affects everyone as we all have to use the fraud that is private banking and this documentatary shows that fruad extremely well and illustrates how it decimates peoples lives.So you go to work, give your energy away in the form of currency you earned through taxation for our governments to spend on things like phoney wars rather than investing in people and communities. If that was not bad enough, you find that the system of banking which we have to use to be able to buy a house (if you are lucky enough to be able to earn enough these day) is actually a deception and fraudulent. The banks did not lend anyone anything! And they took the interest payments, sold on our securitisation and insured against anybody's failure to meet payment demands. So in short, if someone runs into financial trouble and cannot keep up payments, the banks make as a minimum190% of the "mortgaged amount" and kick people out so they gain the asset also, yet took no risk whatsoever! Surprise, surprise....this system is supported by every main stream political party in the UK (no different in the EU or around the world on the most part) and bailiffs have been aided by the police in illegal possessions of properties.Time to wise up people and to take action as handing over your power to a bunch of self and corporate serving MP's/ councillors to sort stuff out for you does not work. YOU have to do stuff for yourself. TGBMS have shown that doing it yourself makes a MASSIVE difference as it actually achieves exposure and change.PS. A very important film signalling the end of the corrupt banking and mortgage industry. The courage and determination of the key players in this film is quite remarkable. They doggedly stuck to their task of seeking justice and exposing the fraud in the mortgage system. Best knowing than not Great film into why how and what

... superb information on the injustice felt by millions. ... wow, wow, wow ... it's an enthralling watch ... how a justice system has allowed this situation to fester is really quite eye opening ... it hurts more to reflect on those that have committed suicide through this travesty.

Life changing reading. What can I say ? Confirms everything we all ready knew about the systematic fraud of bankers ( and government) facilitated by the judiciary. EVERYONE with a mortgage needs to view-then act on the content, for the sake of themselves,their children, and their grandchildren.Unless of course they prefer to live as slaves for generations. An absolute must watch shockumentary Well what can i say? Ive seen this film in the cinema and several times with and without company, it clearly explains to even the most pessimistic of us all the simplicicity of the mortgage fraud we have all be duped by. Anyone rating ybis 1 star either workes for the banks, is a conveyancing solicitor or stands to be subjected tonceiminal proceedings once this takes a strong hold amongst the general populus just like the PPI scandle did. What a raw factual shockumentary that should be on the mainstrem tv at primetime.

The Great British Mortgage Swindle (TGBMS) Fantastic knowledge and usable information, born out of sheer intestinal fortitude of courageous individuals, which others are able to benefit from. The grit of men of tremendous moral ethics is part of modern day history in the making. The makers of this must watch (more than once!) DVD are part of the modern day army forging freedom for members of the human race. We owe them a great deal of gratitude. Most will only realise this further down the time line.

Mortgage fraud is endemic in society, make sure you're not a victim. If you have a mortgage this film is designed to make you look in depth at your own mortgage offer, and what your solicitor/conveyancer told you to do in response to your mortgage offer; what detail/signatures are on the signed deeds and the land registry title etc to see how legitimate all these documents are. It turns out that, as banks don’t actually give you the money from their own vaults because they’ve invented it out of thin air (i.e., digitally just added figures to your account at their bank) your promise to spend the next 25 years of your labour repaying ‘their (fictional) loan’ is a false premise because the mortgage company/bank did not provide due consideration to your contract i.e., loan you real money. Your promissory note (which is your promise to pay it back) actually is the signed document that creates the money, so, you’ve effectively funded yourself. The Bank/ building society now sits drawing in YOUR wealth each month to add to their ledgers. This film elaborates on the endgame of the whole fraud. If you have successfully paid off your mortgage then the bank has ‘cashed in’ on your hard work but- if you hit hard times and can’t meet your side of the confidence trick - the mortgage company/bank move in with the hard muscle of the Admiralty Courts, the bullying bailiffs who have unlawful police assistance to take your property and throw you out on the streets which then exposes the object of the big swindle. They can now grab your home, your freehold property, that very thing that has intrinsic monetary value despite the fact that they ‘invented’ the balance of cash they showed you was in your account to purchase the property. The documents in your possession could show whether your mortgage is legitimate or not, so, don't watch this film and then ignore the confidence trick that might have been played on your.

The devastating human impacts of debt slavery Really bought home the emotional and physical effects of debt on society with hard hitting footage of lives ruined by homes being stolen. Quite emotional in parts with the lack of compassion shown by police and bailiffs, unwitting pawns of the banking elite. Superb and Fundamentally Important Film The two director's (Michael O'Bernicia and Michael O'Deira) are the real deal. They both have been, and are continuing, to stand up against the fraudulent scam and racket that is the financial system. For those who do not already know, one of the world's greatest economic and banking experts, Professor Richard Werner has already conclusively and forensically proved that commercial banks do NOT loan money. In fact they are not legally allowed to loan money (Youtube: 'Remarkable Proof That Mortgages & Loans Do Not Exist – Prof. Richard Werner' for more).

This film is an important for many reasons. One of those reasons is the energy of truth that it releases to the masses. It isn't a theory that over 11 million UK mortgages are fraudulent. It isn't a theory that mortgagors weren't loaned anything. It isn't a theory that all mortgages are in-fact an 'exchange' and not a loan. It isn't theory that all mortgagors are paying vast interest payments on loans that do not exist. It isn't a theory that solicitors are giving 100% illegal advice and getting people to sign mortgage deeds and granting an interest in property that they did not, or do not yet own. This is illegal and therefore the mortgage charge that Land Registry registers is in-fact an illegal and void mortgage charge that must be cancelled. This is where people must start using a Land Registry form AP-1 to get these illegal mortgages cancelled immediately.

Also, the great thing is that there are now legal precedents and judgments that obligate the Chief Registrar at the Land Registry to indemnify all financial losses the mortgagor incurred, due to the fraudulent mortgage. I.e. ALL mortgage related payments are due back to you, and to repeat, the Chief Registrar is legally obligated to indemnify the mortgagor. Interestingly, by law the Chief Registrar can then claim those monies back off the conveyancing solicitor that gave illegal advice in the first place. Oh the fun...!

Mortgagors do NOT have the right to grant an interest in property they do not yet own, and the conveyancing solicitors got you to grant an interest in property you do not yet own. The solicitors advised you to carry out an illegal act! The binding authority of Scott v Southern Pacific Mortgages and others [2014] UKSC 52, established the irrefutable fact that:

a mortgagor has no rights to grant before the completion of the sale and purchase of the property concerned; hence the instruction that the deed must bear the same date as the transfer of credit to the mortgagor, in order to give the false impression that section 1(3) of the 1989 Act has been complied with. In said case, Lady Hale stated this point most plainly:

“The purchaser was not in a position either at the date of exchange of contracts or at any time up until completion of the purchase to confer equitable proprietary,” and,

“This case has been decided on the simple basis that the purchaser of land cannot create a proprietary interest in the land, which is capable of being an overriding interest, until his contract has been completed,”

Buy this film even if you know most of the information or not. It's £10.00 ffs! Peanuts! It has taken a decade of emotional, psychological, and huge financial pain to the makers of this film and many others. Just by purchasing this film you are adding to the energy that is building. A Shocking Reveal of the devastating impact of State Corruption and The Mortgage Sham I had known about the reality behind The Mortgage Swindle going on in the Uk and across the world and even though i had seen eviction videos before, i was shocked by the footage of real-life evictions where Police, Courts and Bailiffs railroaded their customers with no concern for the law. The fraud must stop, the two Michaels and their many friends have done their utmost to protect as many innocent people as possible from these evil fraudsters who call themselves institutions; we know who should be put in an institution. It's easy to sit back and do nothing to protect your own safety and your own tenancy from these thugs who act in the name of democracy. The facts speak from themselves, and there is no way that the claims made in the film can be obfuscate because this is wanton destruction of ordinary working families. To evict people from their homes is a crime and it should never happen, what happened to compassion, there is always a way to solve problems without resorting to drastic, reactionry, lawless action. I would recommend people view this movie as it will effect every family in future and arming yourself with valuable information which you learn in this film will be invaluable to you if you are either a home owner or social housing tenant.
